Shadowrocket · Official Manual
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This is the official Shadowrocket website and manual. This policy describes how data is handled when you browse this site, including its web content, analytics, and on-site interactions. It does not replace Apple’s terms for in-app data handling or App Store purchases.
1. Scope and information you submit
This site uses static pages for app authenticity checks, configuration tutorials, and rule references. It has no registration, sign-in, email collection, or configuration upload forms. You can read the guides without providing your name, phone number, payment details, or Apple Account information. Site links and section links are for navigation only; they are not account services.
This site does not provide, sell, or recommend servers or subscriptions. Instructions assume you already have your own subscription or server details. The client is a one-time purchase; it does not include a service plan. Do not enter subscription URLs, server passwords, QR codes, or other credentials in query parameters in your browser’s address bar. You do not need to send this information to the site to read the guides.
2. Access logs and analytics
Site analytics help us understand page visits and how visitors navigate the guides, identify broken links, improve section organization, and make pages easier to read on smaller screens. Analytics may include pages visited, referral categories, visit times, browser and device categories, and interactions such as button clicks. When clicked, the App Store button on the download page records a store referral event. This event does not include payment or order details.
To serve web requests, the hosting infrastructure must process technical information such as network addresses, request paths, and response statuses, and may create operational logs. These logs serve a different purpose from page analytics: they help diagnose access issues and maintain the service. This site does not use web pages to read configurations or connection logs in Shadowrocket, or data from other apps on your device.
Access records are not necessarily fully anonymous. Avoid including personal information in request paths. Analytics and logs are not used to create server accounts for visitors or to provide network services.
3. Cookies and browser storage
Static pages can still use browser storage. Page resources may be cached by your browser. Depending on the analytics configuration in use, analytics may also use cookies or other identifiers to distinguish visits and recognize browsing sessions. Caches, cookies, and local storage are different mechanisms; you can check the specific items in your browser’s site data settings.
This site does not ask you to save subscriptions, passwords, or payment information in browser storage. You can restrict cookies, clear this site’s data, or use private browsing in your browser settings. Restricting storage may affect analytics continuity. Clearing this site’s data will not remove configurations from the Shadowrocket app or erase App Store purchase records.
4. App Store links and purchase scope
The only way to get Shadowrocket is through the App Store product page, operated by Apple. Once you leave this site, account sign-in, payment, purchase restoration, and related data handling are governed by Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
This site does not collect card details, Apple Account passwords, or App Store order credentials, and cannot tell whether a purchase was completed. A click record only indicates that the store link was opened; it does not confirm a purchase. Check the App Store page for system requirements, device compatibility, and whether the purchase is universal.
5. Policy updates and questions
If data uses, analytics methods, or site features change, we will update the relevant terms on this page and revise the last-updated month at the beginning. Visit this page again to check for the latest information. We do not send policy updates by asking visitors to provide an email address.
For questions about browsing, verifying the app, or the scope of these instructions, first see the relevant information in Troubleshooting or the tutorial. These pages help you find answers; they are not channels for submitting personal information. When troubleshooting configurations, check sensitive details on your own device.
